Plate Cutting & Profiling

With our Maxpro 200 plasma head, we can produce production-quality cuts up to 1.5" thick in steel. For thicker plates, our oxy torch can handle even more—perfect for heavier-duty jobs. All cutting takes place on our 5'x10' table, giving us the space and control needed for everything from detailed prototypes to bulk jobs.

For those without CAD files, our Logic Trace Digitizing System can accurately convert your sketch or template—up to 44"x60"—into a ready-to-cut file. Whether it’s a hand-drawn part or a cardboard trace, we can make it real.

Shearing & Sawing

  • Shearing: Our industrial shear handles sheets up to 10’ wide and ½” thick, helping us produce fast, consistent cuts that keep your timeline intact.

  • Sawing: We offer bundle cuts for speed and miter cuts for customization, giving you flexibility without the delay.

Punching, Notching & Ironwork

Our Ironworker makes punching, notching, and prepping holes fast and accurate. Whether it’s a one-off part or a full kit of components, we do the tedious work so you don’t have to.

Kitting & Assembly Support

We help customers streamline production by kitting parts together in ready-to-assemble packaging. This keeps your line running smoothly and eliminates the small frustrations that cause big delays.

Custom Fabrication & Light Welding

We specialize in supporting welders and fabricators by delivering fully prepped parts—but we can also:

  • Fit and tack weld parts when needed

  • Provide full welds in a pinch
